Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. The role also involves conducting product demonstrations, training customers, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to take calls and close deals for our products
- Excellent learning ability to understand products and sell
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
