Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Noida. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including identifying and reaching out to potential customers, explaining and promoting our Ayurvedic health solutions, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves training new sales staff and managing sales-related activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability and experience in Training new sales staff
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the health or wellness industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
