Position Overview

Creative Buffs is a creative and strategy-led agency working with leading brands across industries. We are looking for a
Social Media Manager & Coordinator
to lead and execute social media marketing across client campaigns and our own agency brand. The role requires someone who can
balance creativity with execution
, manage multiple accounts, and ensure consistent, high-quality digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Campaigns

  • Work with client leads to design and execute quarterly social media strategies.
  • Translate brand positioning into engaging campaigns, contests, and movements.
  • Ensure integration of PR, influencer marketing, and paid media into social strategies.

2. Content & Creative Management

  • Own the
    content calendar
    across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Facebook).
  • Coordinate with internal creative teams (designers, copywriters, video editors) for timely delivery.
  • Repurpose PR stories, blogs, and campaign material into social-first formats (reels, carousels, shorts).

3. Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Build and manage a pool of influencers relevant to music, lifestyle, fashion, and corporate brands.
  • Negotiate collaborations and ensure measurable ROI.
  • Engage daily with client and agency audiences — comments, DMs, reposts, collaborations.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: follower growth, reach, engagement, conversions, and sentiment.
  • Share
    monthly dashboards
    with insights for clients and Creative Buffs leadership.
  • Experiment with new formats (memes, trends, interactive content) to boost organic reach.

5. Team Coordination

  • Work closely with PR, design, and campaign teams to ensure unified messaging.
  • Support execution team with scheduling, asset management, and campaign monitoring.
  • Act as the bridge between
    strategists (planning)
    and
    creatives (execution)
    .

Requirements

  • 3–5 years' experience managing social media for brands/agencies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout, Canva, and native analytics.
  • Strong creative eye for content trends, reels, and storytelling.
  • Excellent project coordination & multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Exposure to influencer marketing, PR integration, and paid campaigns.
