About the Role

AdsRole is hiring a
Creative Lead
who is energetic, visionary, and hands-on someone who can take projects from
big-picture ideation to flawless execution
. You'll not only lead campaigns and video production but also
drive social media strategy and content creation
that makes brands stand out.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership & Execution

  • Conceptualize, storyboard, and lead creative campaigns end-to-end.
  • Direct and participate in
    video shoots, ad shoots, and production
    .
  • Plan, organize, and maintain
    content calendars
    aligned with campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients, presenting ideas and ensuring creative vision matches business goals.

Design & Motion Graphics

  • Create
    motion graphics, reels, and video edits
    aligned with campaign briefs.
  • Produce visually appealing content for
    social media, YouTube, branding, events, and print
    .
  • Maintain a consistent
    visual identity
    aligned with AdsRole's and clients' brand guidelines.
  • Develop
    custom illustrations, infographics, and artwork
    to enhance storytelling.

Social Media Strategy & Content

  • Plan and execute
    social media campaigns
    across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create engaging
    posts, stories, and reels
    that drive reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Monitor trends, leverage platform-specific best practices, and introduce fresh content ideas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align
    social media output with paid ad campaigns
    .
  • Track performance, provide insights, and continuously optimize for better results.

Collaboration & Process

  • Lead and guide cross-functional creative projects across multiple departments.
  • Provide and accept constructive feedback to refine creative output.
  • Manage multiple deadlines while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
  • Clearly articulate your creative process, ideas, and rationale.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience
    in creative leadership within digital marketing, media, or advertising.
  • Strong
    portfolio
    showcasing motion graphics, video editing, campaigns, and brand design.
  • Advanced skills in
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    design, social media, and production processes
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills
    .
  • Ability to work independently, scope tasks to deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Enthusiastic
    team player
    who can also take full ownership when needed.
