The Business Development / Startup Coordinator will be the driving force behind growing partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organized, and excited to work in a startup environment where they can wear multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
- Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives, including pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth communication across design, production, and marketing teams.
- Help manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for business projects.
- Contribute ideas and strategies to scale the brand in the boutique fashion market.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or startup roles (fashion industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
