The Business Development / Startup Coordinator will be the driving force behind growing partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. This role is ideal for someone who is entrepreneurial, highly organized, and excited to work in a startup environment where they can wear multiple hats.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives, including pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.
  • Coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth communication across design, production, and marketing teams.
  • Help manage budgets, timelines, and reporting for business projects.
  • Contribute ideas and strategies to scale the brand in the boutique fashion market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, project coordination, or startup roles (fashion industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
