Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Consultant, based in Indore with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Consultant will engage in consulting clients on product solutions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks will include managing customer relationships, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a strong ability to identify and fulfill customer needs
  • Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication and Consulting skills to interact effectively with clients
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid working environment
  • Experience in the semiconductor or technology components industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
