Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Indore. The Sales Consultant will engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, recommend suitable vehicles, and ensure a seamless purchase process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, maintaining excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with other team members to meet overall company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Consulting and understanding customer needs
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver a professional, tailored experience
  • Proficiency in sales strategy, negotiation, and achieving targets
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site in Indore and adhere to company standards
