Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Freelancer / Consultant specializing in Marketing and Sales for B2B e-commerce to help accelerate Khilonamart's growth and market presence.
The ideal professional will bring a combination of strategic marketing insight, B2B sales execution, and digital growth expertise to help us expand our retailer base, strengthen manufacturer partnerships, and enhance our brand visibility nationwide.
This is a project-based engagement, with potential for a longer-term collaboration based on performance and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a focused B2B marketing and retailer acquisition strategy.
- Design and implement digital marketing campaigns (social media, WhatsApp, email, etc.) targeting toy retailers and manufacturers.
- Generate qualified leads for retailer onboarding and improve conversion rates.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, distributors, and trade partners.
- Identify and manage regional growth initiatives in key toy markets across India.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, sales decks, and communication content.
- Track performance, analyze campaign data, and deliver regular progress reports.
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years in B2B marketing, sales, or growth consulting, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or wholesale trade.
- Strong knowledge of digital acquisition channels, including social media, SEO, and paid marketing.
- Proven experience in lead generation, dealer/retailer onboarding, or channel development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Experience in toys, FMCG, or consumer goods sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
Engagement Details
- Type: Freelance / Consulting
- Compensation: Based on experience, deliverables, and performance outcomes
- Duration: 24+ months engagement (extendable)
- Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid (Indore preferred but not required)
