Role & responsibilities
Reception & Donor Management
- Greet and assist visitors, blood donors, and patients in a courteous manner.
- Manage front-desk operations including check-in, registration, and initial documentation.
- Guide donors through the process and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Communication & Coordination
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; route them to the concerned department/person.
- Maintain effective coordination with doctors, medical officers, and administrative staff.
- Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of visitors, donors, and daily activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, registers, and documentation required for compliance.
- Support administrative tasks like filing, correspondence, and courier management.
- Customer Service & Compliance
- Address donor queries and provide correct information regarding blood donation process.
- Ensure confidentiality of donor/patient information.
- Follow organizational policies and regulatory guidelines in daily operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- Excellent communication skills (English, Telugu, Hindi preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure situations.
Gender Preference : Male (due to shift and operational requirements).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per duty roster.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline and confidentiality.
