Position: Front Office Executive

Department: Administration / HR

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Admin Manager / HR Head

Employment Type: Full-Time

1. Role Overview

The Front Office Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees at Mendu Group.

This role is responsible for managing reception operations, coordinating administrative support, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office functioning with professionalism and courtesy.

2. Key Responsibilities

Reception & Visitor Management

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors courteously.
  • Maintain a visitor register and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for visitor appointments.

Communication Management

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages professionally.
  • Redirect queries to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage courier, mail, and parcel distribution efficiently.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain front desk cleanliness, stationery, and other office supplies.
  • Assist HR and Admin in scheduling interviews and meetings.
  • Support travel, accommodation, and meeting room arrangements.
  • Maintain attendance logs and employee movement registers if required.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Liaise with vendors (housekeeping, pantry, courier, etc.) for daily requirements.
  • Maintain records for visitors, courier logs, and petty cash if applicable.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on reception and admin activities.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sense of professionalism, grooming, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
  • Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.

4. Qualification & Experience

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably B.A / B.Com / BBA).
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front office, administration, or reception role.
  • Language: Fluency in English, Hindi, and local language preferred.

5. Key Attributes

  • Well-presented, punctual, and reliable.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

6. Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday: [9:30 AM to 6:30 PM]
  • Office-based role

7. Compensation

  • As per company standards and candidate experience.
