Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Industrial product -Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, preparing and delivering sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to devise competitive strategies. The individual will also lead the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute actively to the company's growth goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategy execution
- Strong communication skills, including negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand market trends and develop tactical plans
- Experience with sales planning, forecasting, and achieving targets
- Ability to lead sales processes and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Prior experience in machining solutions or cutting tools industries is an advantage
