Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
Own the end-to-end marketing strategy and roadmap for the SaaS product.
Define brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market (GTM) plans in collaboration with leadership and product teams.
Build and manage an in-house marketing team across key functions content, performance, SEO, design, and operations.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics including CAC, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
Implement retargeting, email marketing, whatsapp marketing and lead nurturing strategies to support customer acquisition and retention.
Organic Growth & SEO
Lead content and organic marketing efforts including website SEO, blogging, social media, and community engagement.
Create and distribute compelling content (blogs, case studies, videos, webinars) that speaks to our ideal customer persona.
AI & Marketing Automation
Use AI-driven tools to automate content creation, campaign management, and reporting.
Continuously experiment with AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and personalization at scale.
Reputation & Review Management
Manage presence on third-party review platforms such as G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, and others.
Drive user engagement and review generation strategies to boost product credibility and visibility.
Monitor and respond to reviews to build trust and manage brand reputation.
Analytics & Optimization
Set up robust marketing dashboards and KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CLTV, funnel conversion rates).
Use analytics platforms to derive insights and continuously optimize all marketing activities for performance.
Brand & Communication
Establish a strong and consistent brand narrative across all marketing channels and assets.
Create product marketing materials (sales decks, brochures, videos, landing pages) that resonate with customers and stakeholders.
