Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive both primary & secondary sales to achieve revenue growth targets.
  • Identify and develop new markets, distributors & retail channels.
  • Monitor & analyze daily sales reports and track team performance.
  • Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge & selling skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Execute marketing strategies, schemes, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong industry knowledge in plywood, laminates, adhesives, or MDF.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for market visits & business expansion.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication & coordination skills.
  • Team player with proven leadership qualities.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
