
Senior Sales Executive

Telangana – Warangal / Rajahmundry / Belgaum / Gulbarga
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive both primary & secondary sales to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Identify and develop new markets, distributors & retail channels.
- Monitor & analyze daily sales reports and track team performance.
- Provide training and guidance to the sales team on product knowledge & selling skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure long-term business growth.
- Execute marketing strategies, schemes, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing or related discipline.
- Strong industry knowledge in plywood, laminates, adhesives, or MDF.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits & business expansion.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication & coordination skills.
- Team player with proven leadership qualities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
- Local candidates or those willing to relocate to [Job Location] are preferred.
- Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage.
