Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Manager at GMCI in Ahmedabad. The Import Manager will be responsible for overseeing import processes, managing customs clearance, coordinating ocean freight shipments, providing excellent customer service, and optimizing import-export operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Import and Export management skills
  • Experience in handling customer service related to imports
  • Knowledge of ocean freight operations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the industrial minerals or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
