Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The Import Department role involves managing import and export operations, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing customer service processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and supporting logistical and documentation activities. The candidate will actively engage with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient import/export workflow.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Import and Export processes, including knowledge of industry standards and procedures
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and communication to manage client relations effectively
  • Familiarity with International Trade regulations and practices
  • Ability to coordinate and manage operational logistics efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or related fields is preferred
  • Proficiency in relevant tools or software used in import/export operations is an advantage
