Technical Recruiter — Hyderabad (On-site)

About The Opportunity
We are hiring a hands-on Technical Recruiter to join a fast-paced product team in Hyderabad. You will own full-cycle technical hiring for engineering, product, and data roles, combining proactive sourcing with excellent stakeholder management to deliver top technical talent at pace.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles: define requirements, advertise roles, source, screen, interview, and close offers.
  • Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri and boolean search strategies.
  • Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview loops with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure timely feedback and decisions.
  • Own ATS operations: create job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, update statuses, and ensure data hygiene and compliance.
  • Drive candidate experience: schedule interviews, manage communications, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding handoffs.
  • Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and recommend process improvements to scale hiring.

Additional Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of hands-on technical recruiting or talent acquisition experience (software engineering roles preferred).
  • Ability to evaluate technical experience and ask targeted screening questions relevant to engineering, data, and product roles.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner closely with hiring managers to build hiring plans and prioritize roles.
