Role Description

We are looking for a
Senior Technical Recruiter
with strong experience in sourcing and hiring
Guidewire professionals
. This is a
full-time, work-from-office role in Hyderabad
, aligned to
India business hours
.

The recruiter will manage the
end-to-end recruitment cycle
, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates across technical roles, with a primary focus on
Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Integration, Configuration, Developers, QA, Architects, etc.)
requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the
    full life-cycle recruitment process
    for technical roles, particularly
    Guidewire positions
    .
  • Source high-quality Guidewire candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, and strategic sourcing techniques.
  • Screen candidates for technical expertise, relevant project experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand role needs and define recruitment strategies.
  • Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, offer negotiation, and pipeline maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records using
    CEIPAL ATS
    .
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, fully onsite in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience sourcing and hiring Guidewire profiles
    (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Proven track record in
    technical recruiting
    and
    full-cycle hiring
    .
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with
    CEIPAL ATS
    .
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
