Role Overview
The candidate for iDTC LoB will be responsible for defining, executing, and managing the global partnership strategy to accelerate market expansion, drive revenue growth, and enhance the brand presence of Intellect Design Arena's products (Agentic AI, iCPX, iGPX, AI-based AP, retail PoC, and customer loyalty solutions). This strategic role requires a leader with proven experience in cultivating and managing diverse types of partners across international markets, particularly in enterprise software, procurement, or financial technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Development
- Global Expansion Focus:
Develop and execute a partnership roadmap specifically targeting market entry and growth in
USA, Europe, and Australia
. - New Partner Cultivation:
Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, including
Regional Sales Partners
(with a focus on new markets),
Specialized AI/Domain Partners
, and
Implementation/Integration Partners
to complement iDTC's offerings. - Sales Funnel Creation:
Establish clear mechanisms for partners to generate qualified sales leads and contribute significantly to the international sales pipeline. - Ecosystem Enhancement:
Identify and engage partners that can increase the "good word" about iDTC's solutions, particularly leveraging new AI-based product offerings for better market traction and conversions.
2. Relationship Management & Growth
- Existing Partner Nurturing:
Deeply cultivate and manage relationships with the existing partner base (APAC sales, Africa/Middle East sales, implementation partners, and
Big 4 consulting partners
). - Performance Management:
Define clear Key Performance Indicators (
KPIs
) and Service Level Agreements (
SLAs
) for all partner types, regularly monitor performance, and implement improvement plans. - Partner Enablement:
Ensure partners are fully enabled with the necessary sales training, product knowledge (including new AI features), marketing materials, and technical support to effectively sell and implement iDTC solutions.
3. Collaboration & Communication
- Internal Alignment:
Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Delivery) to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and projects. - Joint Go-to-Market (GTM):
Develop and implement joint GTM strategies and marketing programs with key partners to maximize market visibility and revenue opportunities. - Contract Management:
Oversee the negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with iDTC's strategic and financial objectives.
Essential Qualifications
- Experience:10+ years
of progressive experience in business development, alliance management, or channel sales, with a minimum of
3+ years
at a leadership level managing a global partner ecosystem. - Domain Expertise:
Strong working knowledge and experience with enterprise software, particularly in areas like
eProcurement, Account Payable (AP) automation, financial technology (FinTech), or B2B/Enterprise AI solutions
. - Global Market Acumen:
Proven success in developing partnerships and driving sales through channels in
international markets
, with demonstrable experience expanding into or operating within the
USA, European, or Australian
markets. - Partner Diversity:
Extensive experience managing a diverse partner portfolio, including
Sales Channel Partners, System Integrators/Implementation Partners, Technology/AI Partners, and Strategic Consulting Partners (e.g., Big 4)
. - Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Desired Attributes
- MBA or an advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
- Preferred from Product based industry
- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on emerging technology trends, such as
Generative AI
and its application in enterprise software. - A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding partnership revenue targets.
