Role Description:

  • This is a contract, remote role for a Finance Intern. The Finance Intern will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, and supporting the accounting team. Daily tasks include conducting financial research, compiling reports, and participating in team meetings to discuss financial strategies and insights. This role offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in financial planning and wealth management.

Qualifications and Internship Details:

  • Analytical Skills and Finance Knowledge
  • Ability to interpret market trends and assess investment opportunities.
  • Proficient with spreadsheets and financial analysis tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience with Financial Statements and Accounting
  • Comfortable preparing, reviewing, and reconciling balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
  • Familiar with regulatory standards and basic tax principles affecting financial reporting.

Strong Communication Skills:

  • Able to explain financial concepts clearly to clients or team members from non-finance backgrounds.
  • Experience in preparing concise reports or professional presentations for management or stakeholders.
  • Ability to Work Independently and Remotely
  • Comfortable using remote collaboration tools (Zoom, google meet, etc.) for team communication.
  • Manages multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
  • Maintains thorough documentation and follows up on assigned tasks for timely completion.
  • Current Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field (Plus)
  • Participation in finance clubs, competitions, or internships is an added advantage.

Internship Details:

  • This is an unpaid internship; no monetary stipend will be provided during the contract period.
  • A letter of accomplishment will be awarded at the end of the internship term.
  • Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday).
  • Flexible timing: The internship can be done as either part-time or full-time, based on individual availability and preference
