Ciklum is looking for a Team Lead – Global Inside Sales to join our team full-time in India.

About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic Team Lead to join our high-performing Global Inside Sales Team. In this dual role, you`ll not only own your individual sales targets but also lead a growing team focused on UK & EU markets. If you`re passionate about driving results, coaching teams, and working closely with international sales leaders—this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation efforts and consistently achieve individual & Team monthly targets
- Manage and mentor a team of Inside Sales Executives covering the UK & EU regions
- Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and support skill development
- Collaborate with Sales Hunters to align pipeline goals and drive opportunities
- Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure team KPIs are met
- Share best practices and build a positive, growth-oriented team culture
Requirements:
- 7+ years in IT services Lead Generation with team management experience in Europe & UK region
- Proven track record in inside sales/lead generation, preferably in IT/tech services
- Experience managing or mentoring a team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, data-driven, and collaborative approach
- Understanding of using CRM, research and other marketing automation tools
