Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
  • Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as required
  • Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic documentation
  • Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and employee records

Customer Service

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
  • Provide accurate information about company products or services
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
  • Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM systems
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in office administration and/or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems
  • Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
  • Time management and attention to detail
