Administration Officer/Customer Service

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical and digital)
- Handle correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as required
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic documentation
- Support HR activities such as attendance tracking and employee records
Customer Service
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or in person
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Provide accurate information about company products or services
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
- Maintain customer records and update databases/CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in office administration and/or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Basic accounting or invoicing knowledge
- Time management and attention to detail
