About the Role

We are expanding our partner ecosystem and looking for a Partner Manager who can build strong, long-term alliances with technology firms, digital agencies, consultancies, and service providers.

In this role, you will spearhead partner acquisition, enablement, and relationship management—ensuring our partners are empowered, aligned, and consistently driving high-quality opportunities to VortexWeb.

You will represent VortexWeb's solutions confidently while shaping a partner network that accelerates our global growth across India, the GCC, and the UK.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Partner Acquisition & Ecosystem Development
    Identify and onboard strategic partners across India, the GCC, and the UK.
  • Map and target high-value partner categories: VoIP companies, digital agencies, business setup firms, IT consultancies, and automation specialists.
  • Assess partner suitability and align them with VortexWeb's service capabilities and growth plans.
    1. Relationship & Account Ownership
      Act as the primary relationship owner for all partner accounts.
  • Keep partners engaged through regular communication, performance check-ins, and success reviews.
  • Ensure partners remain trained, informed, and actively promoting opportunities.
    1. Partner Enablement & Training
      Train partner sales and consulting teams on identifying relevant opportunities for VortexWeb.
  • Create and maintain partner playbooks, presentations, and knowledge resources.
  • Represent VortexWeb's digital solutions with clarity and confidence.
    1. Commercial Structuring & Negotiation
      Build win–win partnership frameworks including referral programs and revenue-share models.
  • Drive negotiation of commercial terms with professionalism and transparency.
  • Ensure all agreements and commitments are well documented.
    1. Pipeline Management & Revenue Alignment
      Maintain a predictable partner-driven lead pipeline.
  • Work closely with internal sales, delivery, and marketing teams to streamline opportunity handovers.
  • Track partner performance KPIs and prepare regular reports.
    1. Market Visibility & Expansion
      Support VortexWeb's listing and visibility across global tech marketplaces.
  • Represent the brand in partner events, industry forums, and relevant communities when required.

  • Desired Candidate ProfileExperience
    2–5 years in Partnerships, Channel Development, Business Alliances, or B2B SaaS/IT Sales.

  • Exposure to GCC or UK markets is a significant advantage.
  • Skills & Competence
    Strong understanding of digital/IT solutions: CRM platforms, API integrations, automation tools, cloud services.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Confident dealing with senior leadership—Founders, CEOs, Directors.
  • Ability to manage multiple partner relationships independently and deliver measurable results.
