Dear Candidate,
We are looking for Business Development Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development for IT services (custom development, IT managed services, staff augmentation) targeting BFSI, Healthcare, and established Tech companies in India and North America.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture high-value leads via outbound, inbound, and referral channels.
- Build relationships with decision makers (CTOs, CIOs, Ops Heads).
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from discovery, pitch, solutioning, proposal to closure.
- Work with CEO to refine unique value proposition and sales messaging.
- Build pipeline in Zoho CRM, report weekly progress, and optimize activities.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead-gen campaigns and event participation.
- Track competitor moves and market trends; provide feedback for service innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in B2B sales/business development in IT or technology services.
- Demonstrated ability to close mid/large-ticket IT projects (25 lakhs+).
- Network in BFSI, healthcare, or tech sector preferred.
- Strong communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho/Salesforce/etc.).
- Driven, self-starter, willing to work independently and as part of a small team
