Key responsibilities

  • Doctor outreach and relationship management: Visit and build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and specialists to encourage patient referrals.

  • Sales and coordination: Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral process for patients.
  • Marketing activities: Organize and conduct marketing events, such as CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.
  • Data tracking and analysis: Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and referral data, and analyze trends to improve performance.
  • Business development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, such as tie-ups with other healthcare facilities like NICUs or nursing homes.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or medical sales is often preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
  • Ability to meet targets and work in a competitive sales environment.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
