Key responsibilities
- Doctor outreach and relationship management: Visit and build strong relationships with doctors, consultants, and specialists to encourage patient referrals.
- Service promotion: Promote services, features, and benefits to potential referring doctors.
- Target achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.
- Sales and coordination: Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure a smooth referral process for patients.
- Marketing activities: Organize and conduct marketing events, such as CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.
- Data tracking and analysis: Maintain accurate records of doctor visits and referral data, and analyze trends to improve performance.
- Business development: Identify and pursue new opportunities, such as tie-ups with other healthcare facilities like NICUs or nursing homes.
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or medical sales is often preferred.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Understanding of the healthcare industry and medical terminology.
- Ability to meet targets and work in a competitive sales environment.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
