Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development, located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the sales team, managing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and analyzing market trends to drive business growth. Daily tasks include leading team meetings, setting sales targets, coaching team members, and engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.
