Job Summary:

As the Sales Head/Director with Techstalwarts, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales department to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and expand the customer base. You will provide strategic direction, manage the sales team, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and maximize profitability.

  2. Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.

3.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.

  1. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

  2. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other departments to ensure effective sales campaigns, product launches, and customer support.

  3. Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  4. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer segments, develop pricing strategies, and position the company's offerings effectively.

  5. Negotiate and close high-value contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.

  6. Drive customer satisfaction and ensure excellent post-sales support and account management.

10.Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and provide strategic insights to drive innovation and business growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the IT industry, with demonstrated achievements in revenue growth and team management.

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including products, services, market trends, and customer requirements.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders.

Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.

Strong business acumen and understanding of financial metrics, budgets, and profitability.

Experience in managing key client accounts and developing strategic partnerships.

Proficiency in software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and team coordination.
