Position: Sales Manager/Team Leader - Real Estate
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Undergraduates with strong real estate experience will be considered)
Salary: ₹5 LPA to ₹10 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Office Location: Thane (Kolshet Road)
Work Location Focus: Western suburbs of Mumbai (Juhu, Bandra, Andheri etc)
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' real estate needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Manage end-to-end sales activities, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring revenue growth.
- Conduct site visits with clients on a daily and weekly basis to showcase properties.
- Negotiate deals to secure favorable terms for clients and the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain and update the client database with accurate, real-time information.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing directly to the company's success.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform decision-making and drive strategy.
- Source potential leads and develop new business opportunities in real estate.
- Experience in handling sales across Central/South Bombay/Thane or KDMC markets is mandatory.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with familiarity in the Western suburbs of Mumbai (Juhu, Bandra, Andheri etc)
- Strong negotiation skills and .
- The ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to engage with diverse clients.
- A self-driven and goal-oriented professional with a passion for real estate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Candidates with a Bachelor's degree are preferred; however, undergraduates with substantial real estate experience will also be considered.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
