About the Role:

We are seeking a highly driven professional to join our
Corporate Strategy & Programs
team. This role works closely with the Founders/Leadership team to define strategic priorities, drive business-critical initiatives, and ensure flawless execution of high-impact programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to
    define, evaluate, and execute strategic initiatives
    that drive growth, efficiency, and innovation.
  • Lead
    cross-functional programs
    , ensuring alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
  • Conduct
    market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis
    to inform strategic decisions.
  • Drive
    OKRs, business reviews, and strategic planning cycles
    across the organization.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design
    scalable processes and frameworks
    .
  • Manage
    special projects
    (new business models, partnerships, M&A opportunities, international expansion, etc.) from conception to execution.
  • Build dashboards and frameworks to track
    program success metrics
    and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a
    trusted advisor to leadership
    , enabling data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA/Management/Engineering preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure ambiguous problems.
  • Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
