The Impact You'll Drive

  • Set strategic direction and vision for key client relationships and agency-wide initiatives
  • Build long-term brand strategy frameworks that fuel campaigns, transformation, and innovation
  • Be the lead strategic voice in new business pitches, brand workshops, and senior client discussions
  • Mentor and manage a team of high-performing strategists—cultivating thinking and leadership
  • Push for integration of brand, digital, data, and culture into one seamless strategic narrative
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and account leadership to ensure strategic alignment
  • Drive internal strategy rituals, team development, and thought leadership efforts

The Skills That Seal the Deal

  • 9-11 years of experience in brand/communication strategy, with at least 2-3 years leading teams
  • Familiarity with strategic frameworks, AI tools, and research platforms that support insight-led work
  • Proven ability to lead large accounts and diverse categories with clarity and confidence
  • Strong communicator with a sharp eye for insights, storytelling, and presentation
  • Track record of building and managing high-performing teams
  • Excellent at balancing business objectives with brand creativity
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, internally and externally
