Role Description

As a Travel Consultant, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive travel services to our clients, covering both domestic and international destinations. Your role will encompass consulting on holiday packages, planning itineraries, and providing other travel-related support tailored to clients' needs. You will be responsible for ensuring clear and effective communication with clients, understanding their preferences, and delivering personalized travel solutions. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for both domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation: Provide expert advice and personalized support to clients on holiday packages, travel itineraries, and destination options, including both domestic and international trips.
  • Travel Planning: Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel-related services for both domestic and international destinations.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and responsive communication with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates.
  • Documentation: Prepare and organize necessary documentation for travel-related bookings, confirmations, and itineraries.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the travel planning and booking process.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends, destinations, and offers, both domestically and internationally, to provide clients with the best options.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to travel arrangements, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role in the travel industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, holiday packages, and travel planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple client inquiries and bookings simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills to address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Attention to detail, especially when handling travel documents and itinerary planning.
  • A passion for travel and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14, ₹200,000.00 per month
