About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The role involves handling domestic and international travel bookings, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight, hotel, and holiday bookings for clients.
  • Provide customized travel solutions based on client needs and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for reservations and confirmations.
  • Handle client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, visa rules, and airline policies.
  • Upsell additional travel services and packages.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre or other travel booking systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
