**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:
- **Schedule Management**:
- Manage the daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure the individual is well-prepared for meetings by organizing agendas and briefing materials.
- **Correspondence Handling**:
- Draft and proofread documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Take detailed minutes during meetings and distribute them promptly.
- **Documentation & Filing**:
- Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for important documents.
- Handle data entry and record-keeping tasks efficiently.
**Personal Assistance**:
- **Travel & Itinerary Planning**:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all logistics are in place.
- **Errand Management**:
- Handle personal tasks and errands as assigned, such as purchasing gifts, making reservations, or managing household tasks.
- **Confidential Support**:
- Manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for personal and professional matters.
**Office & Team Coordination**:
- **Task Delegation**:
- Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff or departments.
- Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
- **Resource Management**:
- Order office supplies or equipment as needed.
- Oversee the maintenance of office spaces to ensure a professional environment.
- **Project Support**:
- Assist in research and preparation for specific projects or presentations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, or contractors when required.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- **Professionalism**: High level of discretion, reliability, and adaptability.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in multiple languages is a plus (if relevant to the role).
**Reporting To**:
- Reports directly to the Managing Director
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
