Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Warranty Assistant to join our Service Department at Maijo Moto Maruti Suzuki, Kundanoor. The candidate will assist in processing warranty claims, maintaining records, and coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth warranty operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and submitting warranty claims as per Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
  • Maintain records of all warranty claims, approvals, and rejections.
  • Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Workshop team for required documentation.
  • Verify parts replaced under warranty and ensure proper claim justification.
  • Follow up with Maruti Suzuki portals/systems for claim status updates.
  • Prepare monthly warranty reports and summaries for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company and manufacturer warranty policies.
