Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Executive located in Belgaum. The Relationship Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and effectively promoting and selling financial products and services. Other responsibilities include customer onboarding, managing customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular communication and support. The role will involve achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies and providing accurate updates to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in customer relationship management and client servicing
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial solutions
  • Knowledge of financial products such as loans and credit solutions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Belgaum market is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
