Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with retailers/distributors, and achieving sales targets. A deep understanding of local markets and customer behavior is essential.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years in relevant field.
- Skills:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of local geography and market
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Target achievement (monthly/quarterly)
- New client acquisition
- Repeat business ratio
- Market coverage
- Customer satisfaction feedback.
