Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Tele-Calling Executive role located in Belgaum. The successful candidate will manage outbound and inbound calls to prospective customers, present suitable products and services, and answer questions to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate call records, tracking customer feedback, and proactively identifying potential sales opportunities. Collaboration with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets is an essential part of this position.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Kannada, English and Hindi languages to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills for effective client interactions, understanding customer needs, and addressing inquiries or issues.
  • Sales and negotiation skills to promote products and services effectively, close deals, and build robust customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in basic computer usage, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office for maintaining records, and ensuring organized sales processes.
  • Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks, and prioritize calls.
  • Prior experience in tele-calling or telemarketing is a plus, especially in relevant industries like Healthcare, Academics, or Retail.
