The Admin and HR Executive / Sr. Executive will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions and managing human resource activities to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
Administration:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and document management.
  • Organize and oversee events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for employees.
  • Manage company assets, including IT equipment and furniture.

 Human Resources:
  • Recruitment and onboarding of new employees, including job postings, interviews, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, payroll, contracts, etc.).
  • Design and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (EPF, ESI, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho, BambooHR).
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • [2-5+] years of experience in HR and administration.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
