Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide expert counselling to students on visa processes for countries including the UK, Australia & New Zealand etc.
  • Assist in preparing visa documentation, including application forms, financials, SOPs, and other required documents.
  • Monitor and manage the complete visa application process from initiation to final approval.
  • Stay updated on the latest visa rules, regulations, and policies for various countries and provide accurate guidance accordingly.
  • Conduct mock interviews to prepare students for visa interviews and boost their confidence.
  • Maintain professional and supportive relationships with students, ensuring clear communication and timely updates throughout the process.
  • Coordinate with internal branches and team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in visa guidance.
  • Handle queries via phone, email, or in-person, offering prompt and courteous assistance.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred: education, counselling, international relations, or similar).
  • Prior experience as a Visa Counsellor or in the overseas education industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of international student visa policies and procedures.
