Student Visa Counsellor
to join our team, with a focus on the
Indian overseas education market
. This is a
remote role
, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while supporting aspiring students on their New Zealand journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counselling and guidance to students and families regarding New Zealand study options, visa requirements, and application processes.
  • Support students through the entire application journey, from initial inquiry to visa outcome.
  • Respond to student queries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of New Zealand visa policies, immigration regulations, and education pathways.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in the
    overseas education industry
    , particularly with the
    Indian student market
    .
  • Strong knowledge of New Zealand education system and visa procedures.
  • Excellent
    customer service and communication skills
    , with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage workloads independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Student Visa Counsellor (New Zealand). The Student Visa Counsellor will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to students seeking to study in New Zealand. Day-to-day tasks will include student counseling, career counseling, assisting with visa applications, providing customer service, and guiding students through the education system. The role requires consistent communication with students and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Knowledge of the Education system in New Zealand
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Relevant experience in immigration services or educational consulting is a plus
