Role Summary: We are seeking proactive and client-focusedVisa Counsellorsto guide clients through the end-to-end visa process—from consultation to document submission—providing accurate advice and timely updates. Key Responsibilities: Counsel clients on visa types, eligibility, and documentation. Assist with application forms and submission. Stay updated on immigration rules and regulations. Communicate with clients professionally via calls, emails, and in person. Review documents for accuracy and compliance. Coordinate with embassies/consulates as required. Maintain records and follow up on application status. Escalate complex cases when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 2 years’ experience in visa counselling, immigration, or related customer service. Strong knowledge of visa processes and documentation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficient in MS Office; able to multitask and work independently.
