Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to customers through phone, email, or chat.
- Manage customer escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to products/services in a fair and efficient way.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in after sales service or similar role.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
