Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Female Customer Care Executive to join our team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information about products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and offers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, or satisfaction scores.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Female candidates only.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in [English/Hindi/Regional language].
- Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or telecalling is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
