We're Hiring: Senior Business Development Executive

* Locations: Pune, Pimpri Chichnwad

Fresher and Experience both are preferred

Roles & Responsibilities -

  1. Assisting students with their development

  2. Conducting counselling sessions

  3. Developing counselling plan

  4. Conducting tests and analysing results

  5. Evaluating the progress of students

  6. Keeping track of student records

Requirements and skills -

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.

  2. Fresher to 4 years of experience as a Counsellor or BDE

  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  4. Excellent interpersonal skills

  5. Strong conflict-resolution skills

  6. Ability to motivate others

  7. Should be comfortable to work from office

  8. Sales background experience preferred

  9. Handle calls on leads generated

  10. Regular follow-ups with potential clients.
