As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and prospective customers. You will ensure a warm welcome and deliver an excellent customer experience aligned with Aratt's service standards.

Key Responsibilities:


• Welcome and assist walk-in clients, channel partners, and visitors at the site/office.


• Provide accurate information about Aratt projects, amenities, and processes.


• Coordinate with the sales and customer relations teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.


• Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries in a professional manner.


• Maintain records of visitor interactions and follow-up details.


• Ensure the reception/guest area is neat, professional, and presentable at all times.
