Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive (BDE)
to support our growth in the EV charging industry. The candidate will focus on identifying leads, engaging with
real estate companies, hotels, and government entities
, and assisting in closing partnerships for EV charging station installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential partners (real estate developers, hotels, corporates).
- Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
- Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships and follow up to ensure deal closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, projects, finance) to ensure smooth execution of signed deals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in
sales / business development
, preferably in real estate, mobility, sustainability, or technology sector. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of EV charging / sustainability industry is an advantage.
