
Sales Executive or CRM Drone Solutions

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Executive/CRM to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and drones, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and a proven track record in lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and revenue growth by promoting our drone products and services to target industries. The candidate should have good communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key sectors (e.g., agriculture, surveying, infrastructure, defense, etc.).
Build a pipeline through cold calling, networking, industry events, and digital outreach.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored drone solutions, in accordance with company goals
Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
Sales Process Management:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, keeping management in loop.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research & Strategy:
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or ZOHO).
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status and sales performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, electronics, aviation, or drone/UAV or service industry
- Strong understanding of drone applications and market segments is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and demonstrations.
- Experience in selling high-tech or hardware solutions (e.g., drones, robotics, surveying equipment).
- Knowledge of government procurement processes or industrial sectors like agriculture, defense, or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with drone regulations (DGCA/FAA/etc.) is a bonus.
- Tech-savvy with experience in using CRM and digital sales tools.
