Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new travel sales leads majorly focussing on CIS countries through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Maintain a strong understanding of CIS market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
- Build and nurture relationships with distributors, resellers, B2B customers, and key stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Maintain accurate data on CRM, track pipeline, forecast sales, and report weekly activity.
- Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for smooth onboarding and order execution.
- Follow up on inbound inquiries, past clients, dormant accounts, and new opportunities.
- Support participation in CIS region trade events, exhibitions, and lead-nurturing campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of inside sales experience with a focus on CIS markets.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience working with international clients (B2B preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
- Existing network or exposure to CIS distributors/partners.
