Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new travel sales leads majorly focussing on CIS countries through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CIS market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.
  • Build and nurture relationships with distributors, resellers, B2B customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end inside sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM, track pipeline, forecast sales, and report weekly activity.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and finance teams for smooth onboarding and order execution.
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries, past clients, dormant accounts, and new opportunities.
  • Support participation in CIS region trade events, exhibitions, and lead-nurturing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of inside sales experience with a focus on CIS markets.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with international clients (B2B preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently.
  • Existing network or exposure to CIS distributors/partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹38,257.90 per month
