We are on a growth trajectory. We seek a dynamic, strategic Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build partnerships, and drive revenue across multiple channels.Role OverviewAs the Business Development Manager you will:Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B & B2C) across India—such as corporates, hospitality, retail, e-commerce, institutional sales.Build and nurture partner relationships (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, online marketplaces).Work closely with sales, marketing, product & operations to launch new channels & formats.Set growth targets and manage pipeline from lead-generation to deal closure and implementation.Monitor market trends (tea/coffee/instant-beverage industry), competition, consumer behaviour and feed insights into product/marketing strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, qualify and engage potential customers: corporates (offices, banks, IT/ITES), hospitality chains, retail chains, cafes, e-commerce platforms.Negotiate commercial deals, define pricing, contracts, terms and conditions.Develop distribution strategies – regional coverage, territory segmentation, channel mix (direct, distributor, online).Coordinate with marketing to produce proposals, pitch decks, product demos, sampling programmes.Collaborate with product development/R&D (since we are innovation-led) to provide market input on new flavours, formats, packaging.Track & report on KPIs: new accounts opened, revenue growth, margin, channel performance, customer satisfaction.Represent the brand at relevant trade shows, industry events, and forums.
