Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida & Lucknow for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will oversee day-to-day interactions with prospective clients, identify and cultivate new leads, and maintain meaningful client relationships. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, participating in contract negotiations, and collaborating with the design and operations teams to align customer goals with project outcomes. The position involves contributing to sales strategies and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication, presentation, and networking capabilities
  • Ability to identify prospective business opportunities and develop sales strategies
  • Experience or understanding of the hospitality or interior design industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic knowledge of using presentation software
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
