Role Overview-

The Healthcare Associate (Sales) will be responsible for engaging with international and domestic patients, understanding their medical needs, guiding them through treatment options, and converting qualified leads into active cases. This role demands strong communication skills, medical understanding, and a high sense of empathy and urgency.

Key Responsibilities-

Patient Handling & Sales


• Engage with incoming patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and social platforms.


• Understand the patient's condition, collect medical reports, and explain suitable treatment options.


• Present hospital/doctor recommendations and cost estimates clearly and professionally.


• Drive lead conversions by building trust, rapport, and urgency.


• Manage the complete sales pipeline—from lead qualification to closing.

Coordination & Case Management


• Coordinate with partner hospitals, doctors, and internal teams to align consultations, reports, and treatment plans.


• Schedule doctor appointments, teleconsultations, and follow-ups.


• Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates on CRM tools.


• Ensure smooth handover to the operations team once a patient confirms travel.

Customer Experience


• Offer empathetic, patient-friendly guidance and support throughout the decision-making journey.


• Provide timely responses and maintain high service standards aligned with Luxora's premium experience.


• Ensure patients feel supported, understood, and informed at every stage.

Required Skills & Qualifications-


• Bachelor's degree .


• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales, medical tourism, travel sales


• Strong communication skills (English mandatory; additional languages are a plus).


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.


• Basic medical understanding to interpret patient concerns and reports.


• High empathy, patience, and ability to handle sensitive conversations.


• Proficiency with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and email communication.
